Konji (a.k.a. sex drive or libido) is the ignition of all sexual activities and is required to be in full capacity for human to enjoy a healthy sex life.
In Africa, there are different cuisine ranging from Jolof rice of West Africans to Mukimo of Kenyans, Fufu, Ugali etc., which are rich in nutrients, vegetables and spices that are essential for the body. However, there are certain items in African foods that are particularly beneficial to your libido that you can incorporate into your cuisine as you prepare your favourite African dishes.
